Furthermore contained in this latest image disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend labelling various parts of the property.
